05 Jun This Week: I’ll Be Receiving The Plug ATL’s Social Impact Award Monday + Judging @ Philanthropitch

Busy times over here as working with Ford Motor Company on a hackathon for teachers during the National Dropout Prevention Conference (Amplify 4 Good), and launching Goodie Nation social impact incubation cycles waste reduction (Charlotte), anti-recidivism (Memphis), and gentrification financial inclusion (Atlanta). And there are a few more things in the works.

On Monday, I’ll be receiving the Plug ATL Award for Social Impact during its huge event with Daymond John on at Symphony Hall. Plug ATL is a celebration of Atlanta’s rising millennial innovation, entrepreneurial, and investor-based talent. It should be an amazing experience as there will be a $10K Pitch Competition. Learn more, and get tickets at www.plugatl.com.

On Thursday, I have the honor and privilege to be a judge at one of the country’s most impactful events as Philanthropitch is making its way to Atlanta. Its a social impact fast-pitch competition that provides high-potential nonprofits and social enterprises with access to human and financial capital. Held at the Junior Achievement Discovery, 7 awesome organizations will be competing for $30K+. Learn more and register to attend at https://philanthropitchatlanta.splashthat.com/

I hope to see you all throughout the week!
